The Best Connection Recruitment Agency in Poole are recruiting for a number of weekend staff to work as Production Operatives on food production lines for our client based in Poole.
Responsibilities:
* Production Operatives Working on the production line to produce various food products for big named brands!
* Ensuring production targets are met on time
* Assisting in different sections of the factory as needed
Requirements:
* Previous experience in food manufacturing is preferred but not required
* Full training will be given.
* Customers' requirements necessitate proficiency in English communication and reading abilities
* Be comfortable with performing repetitive tasks and working in a low/cold temperature environment
Package:
* Working hours - Saturday & Sunday 7am - 4.30pm
* Pay rate - £11.44ph
* PPE/Uniform provided
There are both Temporary and ongoing roles available with this company, with the possibility of permanent contracts being offered after a successful 12 week temporary period for the right candidates.
Benefits
* Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
* 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
