Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care to all residents. Supervise and support a dedicated team of nurses and care staff. Assist with the development and implementation of care plans for residents, ensuring their needs are met. Contribute to maintaining compliance with CQC regulations and quality standards. Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance management. Promote a positive and supportive environment for both residents and staff. Qualifications & Experience: Registered Nurse (RN/RMN/RNLD) with an active NMC pin. Previous experience in a deputy management or senior nursing role within a care home setting. In-depth understanding of CQC guidelines and nursing home regulations. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
