Village Vet are seeking a Lead Clinical Director (MRCVS) to manage and deliver clinical activities and financial performance across practices within Hertfordshire and London. The area has seven practices and one hospital, (St Alban's, Potters Bar, Berkhamsted, Winchmore Hill, Palmers Green, Southgate, Highbury, Wood Green). These practices and hospitals have successfully served their communities for decades and have an excellent reputation. You will shape the region, leading by example via excellent communication skills, ensuring smooth working relationships between your teams, Central Support, and other practices within Linnaeus. You will ensure that excellent clinical quality, Associate well-being, and engagement, are an integral part of your business outputs, alongside a culture of being committed to excellence.
Working with the Head of Region and support functions you will:
1. Ensure the delivery & development of the highest quality clinical services
2. Actively promote a positive attitude to maintain health and mental wellbeing in the workplace
3. Oversee Clinical Standards & Quality Improvement
4. Ensure the highest levels of patient and client care through active leadership and engagement of practice teams
5. Set clinical and business strategies for the business units
6. Lead Senior Leadership Teams within the Hertfordshire and North London regions to ensure delivery of key business objectives
7. Oversee all critical areas of the region, for example leadership, business performance, Human resources (HR), Health & Safety (H&S) and Client Care
8. Lead and facilitate a culture of respect, collaboration, and engagement to drive wellbeing, harmony, quality, and productivity
9. Plan and deliver financial targets within your region
