Job Title: Service Coordinator
Location: Exeter
Salary: £26,000-£30,000 DOE
Hours: Monday-Friday, 08.30am-5.00pm

The Company: Our client is a leading engineering firm with a solid reputation for delivering high-quality customer service. They are known for their innovation and commitment to excellence. They are seeking a dynamic service coordinator to join their team and hit the ground running.
The Role: As a Service Coordinator you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the engineering department, managing a team of 4 engineers. You will be responsible for taking charge of coordinating the engineers diaries as well as providing excellent customer service, being a point of contact for all clients and enquiries.
Responsibilities:
Planning and prioritising of workload to ensure efficiency.
Provide excellent customer service to external and internal clients and colleagues.
Communicate over the phone, face to face and by email.
Deal with queries where able and forward detailed accurate messages
Raise purchase orders and compile order paperwork
Booking preventative and corrective maintenance visits for our valued clients
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client account administration
Providing analysis reports to management for their weekly and monthly meetings
Liaising with managers on a daily and weekly basis to provide updates on jobs, difficult customers, and any queries with engineers
Actively seeking new service contracts for the organisation
Assisting with any adhoc tasks requested by managers or directors Your Experience and Skills:
Proven experience in schedule coordination
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Experience working as an administrator in a varied role
Previous experience within engineering or similar industry beneficial though now essential
Able to work within a team and independently
