Job Responsibilities:
* Based from home and working on a mobile basis, responsible for carrying out maintenance and repair on a wide range of commercial gas appliances.
* Responsible for carrying out PPM schedules and meeting set KPI targets covering commercial sites including communal living, student accommodation, care homes, and other commercial sites.
* 24-hour rota for emergency call out - standby allowance paid and overtime rates apply (1 in 5/6), minimum of 4 or 8 hours paid at time and half.
* Plenty of overtime available, as well as future prospects and progression such as training for OFTEC/LPG/COMCAT certifications.
* Work with a reputable and well-established Building Services company specializing in M&E Engineering, including commercial gas/HVAC maintenance.
* Maintain close working relationships with high-profile clients, ensuring long-term contracts and security.
* Dedicated to all aspects of maintenance and repair on a wide range of appliances including commercial boilers/burners, oil, chillers, and air conditioning.
* Deliver quality and high standards of service.
* Be part of a leading organization in M&E Building Maintenance, Air Conditioning, and Commercial/Domestic Heating.
* Specialist in delivering high levels of M&E services.
CANDIDATE INFORMATION - Commercial Gas Engineer
* Recognized industry qualifications including gas safe/ACS commercial gas.
* Good customer service skills, well-presented, and articulate.
* Ability to diagnose and repair faults on commercial gas appliances.
* Experience working on commercial gas maintenance contracts is advantageous.
* Motivated and trustworthy.
