Interim Reward Partner - c£70k
Our client are looking to recruit a Reward Partner, where you’ll lead key HR initiatives to drive organisational efficiency and create an inclusive workplace. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced HR professional with expertise in job evaluation, change management, and talent optimisation. You will be responsible for delivering impactful HR projects that enhance people, processes, and systems across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Korn Ferry Support & Job Evaluation : Lead job evaluation processes with Korn Ferry methodologies to ensure consistency and accuracy in grading and benchmarking. Provide detailed organisational design (OD) analysis, recommending grade shifts and salary adjustments to support competitive pay structures.
* Compensation & Benefits Management : Develop and implement a robust grading and benefits matrix, holiday pay, and overtime structures. Lead the introduction of a casual worker model, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
* Inclusive Workplace Analysis : Conduct comprehensive audits to assess and enhance inclusivity across the organisation, implementing actionable recommendations to foster an inclusive culture.
* Bonus Design & Implementation : Scope and support the creation of a bonus structure that aligns with organisational objectives and promotes employee performance.
* HR Systems & Performance Management : Scope and implement a new performance management system, ensuring smooth adoption and integration. Collaborate on the rollout of Korn Ferry Architect and related programs to support talent development.
* Compliance & Vetting : Oversee vetting processes, including DBS checks, ensuring all standards are met. Lead audits and refreshes of casual worker compliance for optimal alignment with policies.
* Onboarding & Talent Administration : Review and improve the onboarding process to optimise new hire experiences and retention. Scope efficiencies in talent administration, refining ways of working for smoother HR operations.
About You
* Proven experience in HR project management, ideally with a focus on job evaluation, compensation, and benefits.
* Knowledge of Korn Ferry methodologies and project rollouts in complex, matrixed environments.
* Strong background in performance management, inclusive workplace initiatives, and onboarding optimization.
* Skilled in change management, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration with third-party vendors and consultants.
* Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
