Key Responsibilities:
1. Administer a variety of haematological and solid tumour chemotherapy treatments as outlined in patient care plans, adhering to the highest professional standards.
2. Serve as an ambassador for patient-centered care, delivering tailored, high-quality nursing to meet individual patient needs.
3. Accurately document all clinical data and promptly report any adverse drug events following established protocols.
4. Build strong, supportive relationships with patients, carers, and stakeholders to facilitate treatment and recovery journeys.
5. Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge and address any gaps in clinical competencies proactively.
6. Ensure full compliance with organizational policies and procedures, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
About You:
To excel in this role, you will need:
1. Qualifications: Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification.
2. Specialist Skills: Certification in administering cytotoxic drugs.
3. Technical Proficiency: Skilled in cannulation.
4. Clinical Experience: Proven ability to conduct thorough clinical assessments.
