Keltbray Infrastructure Services Limited’s energy division are looking for an experienced Site / Access Liaison Officer to join our Energy Transmission Team. To maintain a collaborative working environment which ensures client, internal and other stakeholders’ requirements are effectively managed. Relationships are built and well maintained between KISL and our clients To support in the business in your business in accordance to our future growth plans. What you'll be doing As an Access Liaison Officer, you will have the following accountabilities: Involvement in the day-to-day running of the projects as with the purpose of agreeing access onto private land; Maintaining client & landowner relationships. Liaise and confirm accommodation works requirements on projects- this shall include, access road installation/ upgrades, Temporary Roads, Land Drainage, Fencing & work area preparation. Work closely with the Keltbray Infrastructure Services Limited’s Project delivery team and other project subcontractors and consultancy teams to ensure landowners requirements are communicated and managed during the construction works. Resolution of landowners & client’s complaints and defects and provide landowner and agricultural advice to project staff and project consultants as required. Correspondence with land agents, landowners, local authorities, associated works contractors etc. and the preparation of notices and other formalities for entry on to private land. Meetings on site prior to works commencing to agree access for works to be undertaken and undertake daily site visits to ensure works being carried out are compliant with landowner’s requirements. Carry out utility searches. Assisting in providing regular client update reports and attending scheme progress meetings as required. Preparation of Notice plans, access plans and Schedules of Works. Who we're looking for You Will Have the Following knowledge of agriculture legislation, policy and best practice guidance across a range of areas including agricultural, drainage and soil assessment and management. Knowledge and understanding of agricultural operations, land Drainage, Environmental Policies/ schemes would be advantageous. Previous experience of working on large cross country infrastructure projects would be advantageous. Experience of working with numerous landowners at one time. Organised and able to manage a varied/ busy workload. Excellent communication skills and credibility with landowners. Attention to detail and problem solver.
