Responsibilities
To provide efficient and effectiveon siterepairs to client's refrigeration and air conditioning systems, and tooffera high levelof customer service at all timesthis will be achieved by including (but not restricted to) the following:
* Attend sites wearing company uniform and presenting company identification
* Carry out maintenance or repair cost effectively on client systems
* Provideadviseand technicalsupport to the client
* Compile clear and concise job reports
* Provide liaison between the client andFlowriteServices Office whenrequired
* Working to agreed SLAs
* Work safely and assess the nature of each task, ensuring your own safety, and that ofothers who may be affected by your operations
* Report any issues on site straight away to your regional supervisor, or operations manager
* Provide feedback to operations manager if youidentifyareas the company can improve on efficiency and service
Details
* Permanent Contract
* 20 days annual leave per annum, rising 1 day per year after 3 years service, to a maximum of 25
* Overtime available
* Opportunities for progression within company
* Normal Working Hours: 08:00 17:00
* Rest time on call in line with guidance (11 hours)
* Standby allowance of £125.00 per week on a rota basis
* Use of company van
* Limited private use of company mobile phone
* Uniform provided
* All PPE provided
Experience Required
* F-GAS category 1 or equivalent
* Previousexperience working onvarious typesof refrigeration equipment such as pack systems,
* VRV/VRF systems and chillers
* Excellent problem solver with a dynamic approach
* Able to actively build and develop relationships with both colleagues and customers.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
