CareerMakers Recruitment are looking for a Sales Executive to join our busy client in Skelmersdale, WN8.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to capture new business and retain existing customers.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and stakeholders.
* Manage and monitor sales activities, ensuring maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Track market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
* Prepare regular sales reports for senior management, outlining performance, challenges, and successes.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive industry.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team to success.
* In-depth knowledge of automotive products, services, and market trends.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and implement improvements.
* A valid drivers license and a willingness to travel as required.
Working Hours:Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5pm
Pay rate:£40,000
