This includes the next phase of Imperial\\\'s campus at White City which has outline planning consent for c.2.7m sq ft of mixed-use development as well as major assets in Old Oak including the recently purchased Victoria Industrial Estate. We are looking for two Analysts to work across the White City Development and Investment Office teams. Analysts will play a key role providing both commercial analysis and effective project management, in support of Imperial\\\'s real estate portfolio. Reporting to an Investment Director, you will work on projects ranging from the planning, development, and delivery of new properties to both the acquisition and disposal of land or assets. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with strong commercial acumen and a demonstrable interest in growing their career in real estate. What you would be doing To act as Project Manager on opportunities and projects, including both new developments and transactions. To perform financial analysis and modelling in order to make strategic recommendations. To act as an official representative for the College at external meetings on approved opportunities, making decisions under delegated authority. To provide support to the wider team through investigation and analysis of industry and market trends to capitalise on new opportunities amidst competition and constant change in the micro and macro environment. To act as Project Manager on opportunities and projects, including both new developments and transactions. To perform financial analysis and modelling in order to make strategic recommendations. To act as an official representative for the College at external meetings on approved opportunities, making decisions under delegated authority. To provide support to the wider team through investigation and analysis of industry and market trends to capitalise on new opportunities amidst competition and constant change in the micro and macro environment. What we are looking for Project management skills, including experience in delivering complex projects on time and on budget Proven experience at contributing at a senior level within an organisation and representing the organisation to external stakeholders Proven, demonstrable research and analytic skills and experience generating high-level reports Ability to identify key issues, exercise initiative and make decisions quickly in a commercial environment Proven competence in building effective working relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders Full details of the role, including essential requirements can be found on the job description.
