You will work with the sales function by supporting the area teams to build on relationships with our existing customer base, as well as creating and building the leads of prospective new customers to increase sales and maintain relationships. With no previous sales experience required, Deanta can offer the successful candidate a clear progression pathway with sales training provided both externally and internally. Responsibilities: Proactively contacting our customer base via phone to upsell, cross sell and manage all opportunities whilst ensuring an excellent customer journey. Support maintaining the full sales pipeline from enquiry to order whilst achieving monthly KPIs. Maintain and update the customer database on the CRM system. Collaborating with the Marketing Department to ensure the customer base has full access to all marketing collateral. Provide cover to geographical areas of the Internal Sales Executives when required. Communicating and feeding back opportunity to the Internal sales team to drive consistent increase in sales.
