We are delighted to be working with a well-established and reputable business in Fareham who are looking to recruit an Office Administrator to work within an ongoing temporary contract to ensure a smooth running of the office.
As the Office Administrator, you will be working a 40 hour week within one of the UK wide branches, from Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm and will be reporting to the Branch Manager.
Your roles and responsibilities include:
. Telephone interviewing and registering candidates
. Chasing compliance documents
. General office administration
. Writing and posting job adverts
The ideal candidate will be:
. Organised, good attention to detail and communicative qualities
. Excellent phone manner and customer service
. Confident in using Microsoft Office
