Job Details: Senior Performance Media Executive (Forge Holiday Group)
We are seeking a driven Senior Performance Media Executive to join our Performance Media Team as a key driver. This role is crucial in delivering growth objectives across the Forge Group of brands, predominantly Sykes Holiday Cottages and Forest Holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational lead for the Sykes Holiday Cottages paid search activities with support from the executive team and Performance Media Manager.
2. Account optimization across both Paid Search & Paid Social.
3. Enhance reporting processes across numerous digital platforms.
4. Participate in a continuous experimentation workflow; testing and sharing findings with the team.
5. Maintain a strong understanding of a winning and agile paid media strategy with a full-funnel and cross-media mentality.
6. Stay updated with the rapidly evolving digital marketing landscape and identify new opportunities to enhance performance.
Leadership & Teamwork:
1. Attend regular meetings with stakeholders, representing the Performance Media Team internally and Forge Holiday Group externally.
2. Identify, share, and spread best practices throughout the business.
3. Form close and trusting working relationships within the Consumer Team and the wider Performance Media Team.
4. Communicate and present findings effectively to key stakeholders across the business.
5. Embrace and drive innovation with the ability to think outside the box.
6. Demonstrate passion for the business and the role.
7. Show confidence and conviction in decision-making, taking full responsibility for actions and outcomes.
8. Mentor and coach peers and junior members of staff.
9. Deputize for the Performance Media Manager when required.
