About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Systems Analyst to join our team to work across the ASM & CGC venues. This role is critical in managing and optimising our technical solutions to ensure business continuity and drive revenue growth. You will lead a team dedicated to maintaining operational excellence and spearheading innovative projects.

Your Responsibilities
* Oversee all technical solutions for the UK F&B sector.
* Ensure the ASM Global EPOS system is continuously operational.
* Coordination of the Technical Operations Team.
* Assist the Commercial Procurement Director EU with innovation and mobilisation projects.
* Initiate and manage an internal technology stack roadmap using OKRs, focusing on both long-term and short-term objectives.
* Conduct post-event commercial analysis and report on agreed KPI metrics.
* Manage relationships between ASM Global and business systems partners.
* Collaborate with the CGC inventory and cash management teams as necessary.
We are looking for someone with:
* Excellent understanding of EPOS systems and operating frameworks.
* Ability to implement best practices and drive operational excellence.
* Experience in supporting innovation and managing technology roadmaps.
* Strong analytical skills for post-event analysis and KPI reporting.
* Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement and team collaboration.
