Position Overview
As the CRM Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and contributing to the overall customer relationship strategy and growth within the CRM team. You will be responsible for delivering meticulously executed plans, enhancing our email marketing approach to create more relevant and timely communications that align with brand and commercial objectives.
Additionally, you'll leverage data and AI to optimize audience targeting, improve customer experience, and drive engagement across multiple channels. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and commercial acumen to foster collaboration with key stakeholders and drive performance improvements.
This role is a hybrid opportunity.
