Let us introduce the role AWE is currently recruiting for a Service Improvement Specialist. In this exciting, brand-new role, you will work to identify, develop, and deliver improvements across the AWE Estates portfolio, working collaboratively with supply chain and internal teams. You will support the Business Transformation Manager to deliver the strategic objectives of the programmes, adding an operational lens and building strong tactical relationships across the organisation. This role will suit someone who has excellent communication skills, and a passion for building and maintaining long lasting relationships with Stakeholders of all levels. Who are we looking for? We do need you to have the following: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with and to influence stakeholders using effective communication. Able to adapt quickly to change and introduce new ways of working, delivering appropriate solutions in a cost effective and cost-efficient way.
