Job Description:
Evaluate existing Pro AV partnerships and sales efforts with an eye toward building on what works and changing what doesn’t. Manage key client relationships and work to build new ones. Expand ADI's ProAV profile and reach of the company, our suppliers, and customer partners. Develop and strengthen internal and external relationships that will lead to increased lead generation and market share. Build cross-functional teams to guide and nourish sustainable, long-term growth. Track emerging Pro AV markets and trends.
Financial acumen and leadership experience are essential. Candidates must be results-driven and embrace ADI's performance-driven culture.
Job Duties:
* Manage all aspects of the Pro AV business development programs, including strategic direction, business planning, and financial performance.
* Build ProAV market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
* Develop and execute annual strategic plans for assigned programs, including roadmaps, positioning, marketing programs, pricing strategy, and competitive analysis, in collaboration with Category Management.
* Assess risks and potentials for business opportunities.
* Communicate strategy and tactical plans to leadership, category management, and sales teams.
* Contribute to financial planning, including sales forecasts, gross margins, and expenses; monitor and manage to the plan throughout the year.
* Report progress, financials, and business issues to management monthly. Create SMART gap closure plans.
* Provide data analysis, insights, and recommendations.
* Identify and establish relationships with new vendors, products, and customers within the Pro AV industry.
* Guide resources, educational, and training programs for ADI field sales and customers.
Minimum Requirements:
* Extensive track record in sales, marketing, or business development.
* Experience in a high-volume, high-transaction retail/wholesale environment is preferred.
Valued Skills and Experience:
* Experience in the commercial audio/visual industry.
* Willingness to travel across UK/EMEA.
* Knowledge of program management and related concepts.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Financial and analytical skills.
* Ability to multitask effectively.
* Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to overcome obstacles and create solutions.
