The job
We are seeking a mid-level Front-End Developer with experience in developing web components as part of a Design System who can collaborate with the UI/UX team to deliver intuitive user experiences to support a growing portfolio of products. This is a great opportunity to make a difference.
Key responsibilities
* Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use, ensuring scalability and performance
* Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members, ensuring best practices are followed and code quality is maintained
Ideal experience
* Experience of software development to create intuitive user-centred interfaces
* Experience writing unit tests
Great skills to have
* Understanding of UI/UX in an Agile environment
* Knowledge of wireframe and prototyping tools
* Appreciation of graphic design elements and understanding of design tools
* Some familiarity with Engineering or Operations environments
The team you'll join
Our UX team is extremely welcoming and we love to collaborate. With AVEVA’s huge product family, the team works on one of the largest portfolios of software. You will be designing reusable components that work across all products. This is a great opportunity to maintain and grow a common library of reusable components used throughout AVEVA.
