We are looking for a dynamic individual to be the Integrated Therapies and Dietetic Clinical lead with responsibility for over 100 staff and clinical oversight for Speech and Language therapy services. The department is made up of both inpatient and outpatient specialties with research and quality improvement firmly embedded into our activities. You will form part of the senior management staff within the Division, supported by a Divisional Operational Manager and the Divisional infrastructure. Main duties of the job Following significant investment to strengthen our leadership teams, we are seeking an experienced, ambitious and motivated Integrated Therapies manager to join the Division of Medicine, Diagnostics, and Clinical Support Services. You will work closely with your speciality triumvirate team, ensuring that collaborative working is achieved and targets are achieved across the board. You will be responsible for the providing professional leadership for the Integrated Therapies and dietetic services. In this post you will have direct line management responsibility for professional leads for physiotherapy, occupational health and dietetics.
