As a Strategy & Insights Manager, you will play an important role, managing and leading projects, and helping us grow our strategy & insight team.
Work will focus on strategic brand P&L insight. esp. Marketing Effectiveness, Consumer & Brand Insights, including financial scenario and planning work. You will be leading projects & team members, managing delivery, and handling multinational stakeholder teams.
Help us shape BrandDelta's Product roadmap, working closely with our Data & AI technology colleagues to push LiveEquity, MMM and wider insight AI capabilities further.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Talented strategy & insight professional, with a passion for finding new answers and telling the story to bring people on the journey.
* Experience building strategic insight into needs, wants, priorities and lives of busy Consumers and what that means for brands
* FMCG, Global Brand or Consumer Health experience in verticals such as beverages, food, beauty, stimulants, pain care, oral health
* 5-10 years of Strategy Consulting, Market Research, or Consumer Insight experience in the FMCG, CPG, Luxury, Consumer Health, Consumer-facing brands
* Crisp Communicator – Strong communication skills, with the ability to prepare insights, present findings, and influence stakeholders with compelling stories
* Strong interpersonal and teaming values – committed to getting the most as a team. You will work closely with insights, AI and tech team members, across cultures
* Data driven – Comfortable working with data and able to turn complexity into concise and actionable insight for senior audience
* Autonomous problem solver – Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, able to autonomously deliver and facilitate questions
* Commercial Acumen – Understands the dynamics of consumer demand, able to bridge between market insights and financial results
* Microsoft Office – Expert command of Microsoft Office suite incl. Excel and PowerPoint
* Undergraduate degree or higher – Business Administration, Marketing, Classics, or related field
Wider Experience that’s Valuable:
* Experience delivering in the CPG insights cycle, either from brand & category marketing – consulting, agency or client background
* MMM, or RGM exposure, Marketing spend effectiveness, MROI, Brand measurement
* Experience working in high growth companies
