We are seeking an experienced CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR to join the friendly and motivated team of our Thetford client. The CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR is responsible for the incoming calls from customers and answering any enquiries they may have - be it product enquiries, delivery updates or customer care. You will also be responsible for ensuring the customers allocated to you are very well looked after and are made to feel valuable by giving them first class service and ensuring they are always fully updated and informed. You will act as the go-between for the customer and the account managers, logistics, warehousing and production departments, ensuring any questions/queries asked by the customer are fed-back accurately and swiftly. You will have previous experience within customer services within a fast-paced manufacturing environment and have excellent IT and data entry skills. The hours of work are Monday to Friday 0830 - 1700 and the salary is £28500 - £30,000 per annum.
