UK-based Industrial Refrigeration Project Manager role (open to candidates nationwide) focuses on planning, executing, and finalising projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities include resource acquisition, team coordination, and quality control. This Leeds-based position reports to the Director of Projects Engineering and Execution - Refrigeration Technologies UK.
Responsibilities:
* Project Planning: Lead the team, analyze strategic importance, manage stakeholders, design solutions, and establish timelines and budgets.
* Project Accounting & Finance: Forecast revenue, profitability, and margins; track expenses; manage budgets; and ensure timely invoicing.
* Project Control: Ensure projects meet expectations regarding quality, budget, and timelines; manage scope; evaluate deliverables; and mitigate risks.
* Project Communication: Keep clients and stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and expectations.
* Internal Reporting: Report on project quality, satisfaction, and success metrics.
* Resource Management: Define team roles, work with contractors, and determine required resources.
Qualifications:
* 5+ years in a similar industrial refrigeration role.
* Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
* Experience leading complex, strategic, nationwide projects.
* Excellent organizational skills and on-time/budget execution.
