Who we’re looking for: We're on the lookout for a talented CRO Manager to join our team here at Omaze. As a CRO Manager, you’ll optimise our digital customer journeys, across both website and mobile, to maximise conversions and revenue. You’ll be responsible for leading our A/B testing programme, planning everything from populating the testing roadmap to executing and helping to understand test results. What you’ll do: Develop and execute CRO strategies to improve website/app performance and conversion rates Lead on ideation and discovery, planning strategies to help achieve the businesses OKRs Lead the strategy and backlog for A/B and multivariate testing, including hypothesis generation, implementation, and results analysis Identify and implement different digital personalisation strategies Work closely with the development team to ensure tests are implemented accurately, efficiently and, most importantly, in a way that is measurable Advocate for user-centred design principles and contribute to a culture of innovation and creativity within the business Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends Our ideal candidate has: 4 years of experience as a CRO Manager or a similar ecommerce optimisation or experimentation roles Knowledge of website optimisation techniques, A/B testing frameworks, and statistical analysis Experience working with both B2C ecommerce websites and mobile apps Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, DynamicYield, Optimiziley or similar What we can offer you: 30 days annual leave ( bank holidays) Private medical and dental insurance 9% employer pension contributions, when you contribute at least 2% Individual learning and development budgets Enhanced family leave policies Life assurance of 4x your salary Group income protection Critical illness cover
