Venture Recruitment Partners are delighted to be supporting a Financial Services business, based in Whiteley, in their search for a Billings Specialist on a 12-month FTC basis.
Hybrid working
The purpose of this role will be to deliver efficient billing support to the business, including issuing client bills, maintaining data and schedules, and managing the day-to-day operations of the team.
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Review and prepare billing in line with requests.
2. Assist with the maintenance of various monitoring schedules.
3. Liaise with internal personnel to resolve any queries and issues as they arise, escalating where necessary.
4. Assist the Billing Manager with the development of billing and time recording system process developments.
Key Skills/Experience include:
1. Demonstrable administration and organisation skills are essential.
2. Attention to detail and accuracy.
3. Ability to manage your own workload and work to strict timelines.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills are required to develop close working relationships with colleagues, clients, and business contacts.
