4. Qualification and Pipeline Management:
Qualify leads through insightful questioning to understand their interest levels, budgets, timelines, and suitability for our products and services.
5. Maintain a well-organised pipeline of leads and opportunities using our CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry and timely follow-ups.
6. Value Proposition and Relationship Building:
Clearly communicate the unique value and benefits of Custom Toys UK’s character-focused merchandise to potential clients.
7. Build strong rapport and establish credibility with prospects through excellent communication and a genuine interest in their business challenges.
8. Appointment Setting:
Schedule qualified meetings and appointments for our Business Development Manager with key decision-makers.
9. Ensure all appointments are efficiently booked, confirmed, and documented to maximise productivity.
10. Collaboration and Teamwork:
Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and continually improve our lead generation efforts.
11. Provide constructive feedback on lead generation campaigns and suggest innovative ideas for better results.
