The Role:
Our business is growing and to support this we are growing our Talent team! We are looking to recruit a motivated and professional Talent & Attraction Advisor to join us, this is a fantastic opportunity for a driven recruiter to join a supportive and thriving business. As Talent & Attraction Advisor you will work with hiring managers and key stakeholders within the business to fill our open vacancies.
Reporting to the Talent & Attraction Partner you will provide recruitment expertise and advice and act as a trusted adviser to our people managers throughout the recruitment process. You will also help support the Talent & Attraction partner on various projects and work in collaboration with the wider People & Culture team ensuring a fantastic service is provided to the business.
This is a full-time permanent position and will be of hybrid nature working from home and one of our offices closest to you - Warrington, Chorley, Durham or Derby.
Responsibilities
* Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle of open vacancies – taking vacancy briefs, advertising roles, screening candidates, providing shortlists, organising interviews, giving candidates interview feedback & managing candidates through the offer process.
* Actively manage external talent pools to generate a supply of candidates for key positions.
* Responsible for monitoring the recruitment communication inbox and respond to queries in a timely manner.
* Be a first point of contact and support managers through the recruitment cycle and provide them with the correct tools to carry out interviews/assessment days etc.
* Ensure the recruitment ATS is continually up to date with accurate data.
* Work with People Partners and Managers to consider internal candidates for key positions.
* Showcase job vacancies and recruitment/business achievements across multiple social media channels i.e. LinkedIn.
* Responsible for adhering to the recruitment SLAs and escalating any issues/blockages to the Talent and Attraction Partner for resolutions to be sought.
* Collaboratively work with the wider People and Culture team.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a Recruitment Advisor position.
* Past experience in Utilities or Construction is desirable but not essential.
* Previous work experience in a fast moving, target focused environment.
* The ability to multi-task effectively and prioritise appropriately.
* A strong communicator who is resilient with high customer service focus.
* Confident and professional telephone manner.
* Previous experience of managing stakeholder relationships.
* High levels of accuracy, attention to detail and time management.
* Experience within a similar sector is desirable.
* Strong IT skills, with experience of using ATS systems and confident using LinkedIn.
