Teaching Assistants required in Tamworth Day-to-Day Supply, Short Term Supply and Long Term Placements Pay: £83.34 - £87.34 - dependent on experience Start date: As soon as possible The Supply Register are currently working alongisde Landau Forte Charitable Trust to recruit for talented and experienced teaching assistants to work in their schools. You will join their exclusive talent pool of staff and cover day to day, short term and long-term bookings in Primary and Secondary schools. Part time work is also available. Key responsibilities Support teachers in delivering high-quality lessons and assisting with classroom management. Help students engage with their work and ensure they remain on task. Provide individual and small group support to enhance learning and development. Promote a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment for all students. Assist with general classroom activities and resources. Report any issues or concerns to the appropriate staff members. Requirements Recent Classroom Experience: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is essential. Enhanced DBS Check: Must hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply). Passion for Education: Genuine interest in supporting student learning. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents. Organisational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
