Due to internal progression, we are recruiting a Senior HR Advisor to support the Flight Operations business area. You'll be the first point of contact for all ER matters and provide generalist HR advice, support, and guidance to Managers within our Flight Operations function, along with ongoing support to the HR Business Partner in their role.

What you’ll be doing:
* Establishing and building effective relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within Flight Operations and the wider business.
* Managing ER cases by providing accurate and timely advice across all levels of complexity, coaching Line Managers in decision-making.
* Undertaking regular base visits to support Line Managers and engage with our Flight Operations colleagues.
* Identifying HR matters/queries that need escalation and referring them to the appropriate HR Management level to ensure relevant actions are taken.
* Leading projects to ensure HR processes are current, maintaining a consistent and efficient HR service.
What you’ll have:
* A proven track record of handling complex ER cases.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and influence at a senior level.
* Up-to-date knowledge of employment law.
