Ensure the delivery of high-quality, tailored insurance solutions that meet the specific needs of the motor trade industry. Client Relations and Business Development : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the motor trade sector. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand ABL's client base within the industry. Risk Management and Policy Design: Assess risks associated with the motor trade and develop comprehensive insurance policies that mitigate these risks. Collaborate with underwriters and claims teams to ensure policies are effective and claims are handled efficiently. Team Management and Development: Lead and mentor a team of insurance professionals. Ensure continuous professional development and upskilling of team members to maintain high service standards and stay abreast of industry trends. The Person: Industry Experience: Extensive experience in the insurance sector, with a strong focus on the motor trade. Knowledgeable about the unique challenges and opportunities in insuring motor trade businesses.
