Main duties of the job To provide effective, visible and accessible clinical leadership and operational management to Oak Centre for Children and Young People (OCCYP). Monitor and maintaining professional nursing standards, to ensure the care environment is clean, safe and protects the privacy and dignity of children and young people with cancer. To act as part of the OCCYP management team, working collaboratively with the Clinical Divisional Nurse Director (CDND), Clinical Lead and the Clinical Business Unit (CBU) manager to assure the Executive Team and Trust Board that robust systems of governance and performance management are in place to deliver high quality child/young person and family centred care and services for children and young people with cancer.
