PMO Analyst Glasgow Hybrid £40,000 - £45,000 We’re looking for a PMO Analyst for a newly created role. You’ll play a key role in client onboarding, compliance, financial reporting, and tracking project deliverables. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with strong organisational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Client Onboarding & Compliance: Manage consultant onboarding, background checks, certifications, and compliance documentation. Statement of Work (SoW) Creation: Draft SoWs, secure approvals, and raise Change Requests (CRs) when needed. Tracking & Reporting: Maintain SoW, invoicing, and resource trackers. Generate financial and resource reports. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Skills & Experience: Proven PMO experience, ideally in financial or consulting services. Strong analytical and Excel skills (including financial tracking). Knowledge of onboarding processes and compliance regulations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
