Position Overview: MasterControl is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director to lead our Account Management team in Europe, they will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the expansion of Key, Core, and Emerging accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales/Customer Success background (any experience in Life sciences preferred), exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the software or technology industry. This role requires strategic thinking, relationship-building prowess, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise expansion sales strategy to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets. Identify and engage with key stakeholders within existing enterprise accounts to understand their evolving needs and expand MasterControl's footprint within these organizations. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including customer success, marketing, and product development to ensure alignment in strategies and support for customer expansion initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers within target accounts to drive long-term partnerships. Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to drive individual and team success. Utilize CRM tools to accurately forecast sales pipeline, track progress, and report on key performance metrics to executive leadership. Qualifications: 6 years of successful enterprise sales leadership experience, preferably in the Life Sciences software or technology industry, with a demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets. Proven experience in managing and expanding enterprise-level accounts, understanding complex sales cycles, and negotiating high-value contracts. Strong leadership skills with experience in leading and developing a sales team to achieve ambitious revenue goals. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with senior executives. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, drive initiatives, and navigate through complex sales scenarios. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
