Recognition One are proud to be exclusively partnered with an ESG and EHS software organisation who are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead their Northern EMEA sales team and drive revenue growth. As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing, coaching and supporting a team of sales professionals, and fostering strong relationships with clients and driving a strong sales process.
The role is remote but will require travel to London for office days a few times a month once onboarded and regular travel to see customer and prospects.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets
* Lead and manage a team of sales professionals
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
* Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to support sales efforts
* Develop and maintain sales reports and analytics to inform decision-making
* Manage sales budgets and forecasts
Requirements:
* Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
* Experience in similar area of technology such as ESG, GRC, EHS or Risk Management is preferred
* Strong experience with enterprise sales processes
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Experience managing and developing a high-performing sales team
* Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies and techniques
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
* Proficiency in sales management tools and software
* Ability to travel as required
