You’ll support and perform comprehensive testing of all ELGA LabWater’s consumables and accessories. At ELGA, we are committed to providing you with the best experience and supporting your career growth Key Responsibilities: Coordinating the workflow in the QC Cartridge area, ensuring smooth operations, whilst being one of the key points of contact for arising challenges Supporting the Quality Control (QC) Cartridge Inspection team by assisting with product and process issues, while maintaining high standards of quality. Helping onboard new team members and guiding them through their training and development plans. Assisting with the creation of QC staff training programs and contingency planning for product issues. Contributing to the new product development cycle, particularly during the beta manufacturing phase. Promoting sustainable improvements in Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety standards. These responsibilities complement your core duties as a Test Technician. What we need from you: Experience in a manufacturing environment, with hands-on experience in testing, diagnosing, and resolving issues. A strong problem-solving approach, with the ability to handle complex technical challenges. An understanding of fluid dynamics is beneficial, enhancing the team’s technical expertise. A mindset focused on continuous improvement and innovation. Ability to collaborate effectively with teams to achieve shared goals. Highly organised with strong time management skills and a self-motivated attitude. Proficiency in IT tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite for efficient task management and communication.
