This position is essential for performing a variety of administrative tasks, providing support to our managers and wider team, and managing general administrative activities for our projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in achieving our company’s mission and upholding our values. Key Responsibilities Data Entry: Input data into our in-house Contract Data System. Timesheet Preparation: Assist with the preparation of weekly timesheets as required. Report Preparation: Help in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. Document Creation: Create and manage important documents. Visitor Support: Greet visitors and provide general support. Point of Contact: Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients where required. Request Handling: Handle requests and queries from senior managers. Filing: Ensure important documentation is filed correctly. Team Support: Provide support to other team members when required. Qualifications and Experience Essential: Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or in an office environment. Proficiency in MS Office (particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint). Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
