HYBRID POSITION As a PMO Analyst at NRS Healthcare, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects and programmes across the organisation. You will assist in reviewing new project requests, creating governance frameworks, tracking performance, and producing insightful reports to keep stakeholders informed on progress. Additionally, you will support the development and improvement of PMO tools and processes, ensuring consistent and efficient project delivery. This role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in project management, strong analytical skills, and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare sector. Responsibilities Governance & Compliance: Assist in creating project governance frameworks to ensure projects comply with organisational standards and processes to support consistent project delivery across the organisation Support the tracking and reporting of project risks, issues, and dependencies. Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather, analyse, and consolidate project data to create regular and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders. Provide insights on project performance, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Project Coordination Support: Support with reviewing new project requests. Work closely with project managers to support the planning, scheduling, and tracking of project activities to ensure deadlines are met Help coordinate project meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking actions. Tools & Process Improvement: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of PMO tools, templates, and processes to ensure efficiency and consistency. Identify and recommend opportunities for improving project management practices across the organisation. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with project teams and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination. Act as a central point of contact for project-related information and support. Requirements Education: o A degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is desirable but not essential. o Professional qualifications such as PRINCE2 Foundation, Agile, or similar are advantageous. Experience: o Previous experience in a PMO, project support, or project coordination role is desirable. o Experience working with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent) is an advantage. Skills: o Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. o Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. o Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. o Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
