* Provide outstanding customer service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
* Working within a small team to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
* Assist with day-to-day operations, including lockup, cash up and close down.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction at all times.
* Ensure accurate record-keeping and cashbook and takings are recorded and up to date
* Upsell on store items and beverages
* Complete daily stock checks
* Communicate with store managers when stock is running low
