A leading services organisation has engaged Eden Scott to support with acquiring a QHSE Advisor for their Aberdeen team.
Working globally across multiple areas in the energy sector, this organisation offers specialist engineering services to achieve sustainable solutions, helping customers to enhance project delivery, advance environmental objectives and improve operational costs.
We are seeking a proactive QHSE Advisor to uphold and enhance Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards across multiple locations and product lines. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the energy or manufacturing sectors, and hold NEBOSH and IOSH qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies and procedures.
* Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
* Drive continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance.
* Provide QHSE training and promote a positive safety culture.
Applicants are desired to be NEBOSH and IOSH certified, hold an in-depth knowledge of QHSE systems and ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) and have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience within a manufacturing and/or workshop operations environment would be beneficial.
