HR Manager Hertfordshire £50,000 p/a Title: HR ManagerSalary: £50,000 p/aLocation: Hertfordshire JGA are delighted to be working with a successful organisation looking to add a HR Manager to its team Responsibilities include: Guide the team on employment law changes that may impact the business Advise, support and oversee all employee relations issues including grievances, disciplinary and performance management Employment tribunal claims and negotiation with ACAS Management of absence including LTS and MAT Undertaking TUPE consultations for acquisitions and disposals Review and update performance reviews in line with the changing needs of the business, overseeing the process and analysing trends Maintaining the business mental health first aid provision Assisting the payroll team with payroll enquires Skills & experience required: Minimum 5 years’ experience handling ER caseload CIPD Level 5 or degree in HRM Sound knowledge of employment law Have experience of Fourth Hospitality Hold full driving licence with access to a car- mileage expenses will be paid Be computer literate – especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word programmes.
