We are looking for a Band 7 Clinical Team Leader to join our Suffolk Secure Services Forensic Community Mental Health Team, a dynamic and well-supported team dedicated to providing recovery-focused community care for individuals transitioning from secure settings.

About the Role
As a Clinical Team Leader, you will:
* Lead and motivate a passionate team to deliver high-quality care
* Manage a small caseload, ensuring focused and effective intervention
* Work closely with service users, carers, and partner agencies to support individuals in their journey to recovery
* Build upon the team's success following a recent outstanding Quality Standards Review
* Drive continued service improvements and help us achieve an outstanding CQC rating

Qualifications
Essential
* Nursing degree or equivalent, Dip SW or Dip OT or equivalent, or HCPC registered
Desirable
* ILM Certificate in management or equivalent
* Higher degree or post-graduate certificate in area of clinical / therapeutic practice
Experience
Essential
* Evidence of providing leadership in a Mental Health care environment including service development.
* Able to demonstrate experience at a senior clinical level including staff management / supervision experience.
* Experience with risk assessment and ongoing management
Desirable
* Previous experience of working with Complex case management.
