Job Overview
The Walsall Early Intervention in Psychosis Service is looking for a dynamic and client-centered Nurse, OT, or social worker to join our friendly team in Bloxwich. We work with people aged 14-65 who have experienced a First Episode of Psychosis (FEP) or have been identified as having an At Risk Mental State (ARMS).

Main Duties of the Job
1. The post holder will hold care coordinator responsibility for 15-20 patients who have experienced FEP or have been identified as having an At Risk Mental State.
2. This includes specialist assessment, planning, and intervention, including psychoeducation and family work, alongside generic care coordination to promote well-being, recovery, and empowering person-centered practice.
3. The post holder will participate in the development, delivery, and evaluation of EIP Walsall interventions and will work closely with colleagues in their team as well as other agencies.

Person Specification
Essential Criteria
1. NMC / HCPC registered
2. Interest in working with people who have experienced psychosis
3. Post-graduate clinical experience
Desirable Criteria
1. Community mental health experience
2. Experience of working with families
3. Completed training in Behavioural Family Therapy
