Are you a Business Development Manager looking to advance into a strategic leadership role and drive growth in the environmental landscape industry?
I am currently supporting a client of mine on the recruitment of a Business Development Director position to join them in a permanent role.
Your new role
You will be given an allocated area to deliver strategic aims by providing coaching to managers, embedding the business development agenda, and supporting growth initiatives working closely with the wider leadership team.
Responsibilities include:
* Manage and support a wide range of business development projects to support the organisation's strategies.
* Develop and build strong working relationships with managers within your area.
* Support on collating data and metrics to look at specific trends to provide advice to management on decision-making and change.
* Provide advice and guidance on business development practices; market analysis, client acquisition, and retention.
* Support the development of business strategies and policies.
* Ensure seamless end-to-end service delivery for your business areas, and support the operational team with more complex client engagements.
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience working in a Business Development Manager or Director role previously.
* Up-to-date knowledge of business development best practices and market trends.
* Strong communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
* Proven track record in driving business growth and achieving targets.
* Driving licence.
