If so, join the busy Ultrasound team at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust (UHBW)! This is a unique opportunity, where you will work in collaboration with the South West Imaging Training Academy (SWITA) team, delivering training and education across UHBW and SWITA hubs.
Responsibilities:
* Mentoring and educating: You will provide clinical training and educational support to the sonography workforce by supporting trainee Sonographers and Radiologists.
* Lead and enhance: You will lead and enhance delivery of clinical education and be responsible for organising all educational and training requirements necessary for all staff in the Bristol Ultrasound Hub.
* Developing training programmes: Working with SWITA, you will help design and deliver educational sessions that promote continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with SWITA delivering training and education across UHBW and, on occasion, travel to SWITA hubs to support training delivery.
* Responsibility: You will have a shared level of responsibility for all aspects of the Bristol Ultrasound service with the local Sonography Leads.

Minimum Requirements:
* A qualified, registered Sonographer with a proven background in clinical practice.
* Experience in mentoring, teaching, or supervising within a healthcare setting with a focus on sonography.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support and inspire learners.
* A commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical practice and patient care.
