Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager, leading health / wellbeing business - ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualifiedBased: Surrey (close to Guildford) - hybrid role, 2-3 days per week in officeBase salary £70,000 - £78,000 (dependent on experience) plus benefits and bonusFinancial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager- About the businessAn innovative health and wellbeing business that is a leader in it's field is now in search of a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager that can help guide the business through a period of sustained growth.Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager - About the roleWorking alongside the UK management team you will provide strategic direction and influence across the business.Duties include:Operate a first-class FP&A function, improving the overall clarity of key decisions across the businessProvide financial analysis and insight to support commercial decision makingOffer margin analysis,pricing analysis,value chain analysis on a regular basisLead the preparation and review of annual / monthly forecastsAssist with financial modelling and forecasting using real time dataOwn key commercial and financial KPI’sacross the businessResponsible for monthly reporting to key stakeholdersCreate medium and long term business plans and projections for all locations and productsLiaise and challenge key decision makers across the businessFinancial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager - Candidate requirements:Degree educated, ideally with a recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or European equivalent)At least four years of proven finance experience with an emphasis on Financial Planning and Analysis or Finance Business PartneringDemonstrable success of delivering actionable insights that drive profitand promote operational efficiencyStrong track record of managing key stakeholders across the businessExperience of working within a fast moving, dynamic, international environmentExperience of managing and inspiring a high-calibre finance teamStrong system skills and knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint etcExperience of ecommerce or a D2C business highly advantageousFinancial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager -Benefits:Competitive salaryDiscretionary bonusPension Scheme25 Days HolidayThis is a truly outstanding role at an exciting time in the company's growth.
