We are currently seeking a driven and motivated Retail Manager to join our team at Wembley Pharmacy. You will become part of our friendly team, involved in providing a great customer experience, quality healthcare services and focusing on achieving the best health outcomes for our customers.
The Role & Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the Pharmacy team and ensure outstanding customer service
* Continuously drive sales through 'add-ons' and by providing input and ideas for how we can continuously build sales
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase revenue
* Support catalogue and supplier promotions by planning, organizing, and implementing promotional activities to maximize sales
* Manage inventory levels and ensure that products are stocked and displayed effectively
* Monitor and report on sales and financial performance.
* Make an ongoing effort to increase the team's knowledge and skill in relation to products, selling and customer care
* Manage the team roster and maintain your allocated wage budget per month
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
* 2+ years Retail Management experience – Pharmacy industry valuable
* Be an excellent communicator, who can anticipate the needs of our customers, our team, and external suppliers.
* Is highly organised and can triage/prioritise your own work duties and those of the team
* Self-motivated to drive sales targets and implement business plans and budgeting.
* Experience leading a team and managing recruitment, induction, performance, and development of people
