RSW are currently working with a well-established client to recruit a compliance administrator. This will be a temp to perm role based on a successful probation period. A very competitive salary is on offer.
Role Requirements
1. Arranging and organising training
2. Meetings
3. Training staff on HR platform
4. Collating documents for supplier audits
5. Liaising with other staff members on requirements
6. New starter induction
7. Collating and ordering PPE
8. General administration of HR/H&S platform (adding new starts, adding training documents, sickness, holidays etc)
9. Some Health and Safety and HR knowledge preferable
10. Supporting other management in meetings or ad hoc duties such as sending alerts out to their teams using the platform
11. IT skills are essential (i.e., all Office 365 and comfortable using web-based platforms)
