Job Description
The responsibilities for the Personal Assistant role is:
3. Calendar and Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.Ensure timely reminders and updates on daily schedules.
4. Communication and Correspondence: Act as a gatekeeper, screening calls, emails, and other communications.Draft and proofread professional correspondence, emails, and documents.
5. Travel Coordination: Arrange complex domestic and international travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.Provide detailed itineraries and travel documents.
6. Meeting and Event Coordination: Organise and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, and compile minutes as necessary.
7. Document Management: Manage and organise both digital and physical documents, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility.Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
8. Expense Management: Track, reconcile, and process expense reports in a timely manner.Maintain records of expenditures and receipts.
9. Personal Assistance: Provide personal support, including managing household tasks, coordinating personal appointments, and handling errands.Act as a liaison between the executive and other personal contacts.
10. Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for the Personal Assistant role looks like someone with:
11. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
12. Proven ability to handle a wide range of tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
13. Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
15. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
