A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Occupational Therapist to join a dynamic and supportive team in East London, specializing in neurological rehabilitation within the community setting. This role offers flexibility with full-time or part-time options available. Location: East London Position: Full-time (Part-time also considered) Band: 6 Pay: £26-27 per hour Car Driver Essential Key Responsibilities: Assessing and treating individuals with neurological conditions, including stroke, brain injuries, and other neurological disorders, within a community setting. Developing personalized care plans and rehabilitation programs to help individuals regain independence and improve quality of life. Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for service users. Supporting patients and their families through the rehabilitation process, providing education and guidance on activities of daily living. Maintaining detailed, accurate documentation and adhering to clinical standards and policies. Essential Requirements: Qualified Occupational Therapist with relevant experience in neurological rehabilitation. HCPC registration. Proven experience in a community-based role or similar setting. Car driver with access to own vehicle, as the role requires travel within the East London area. Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and families.
