This is the chance for a Maintenance Engineer to join a trusted global brand that has developed industry leading innovations; designing and producing world-class products to transform safety and reliability for the plumbing and heating industry. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be tasked with maximising machinery output and minimising plant downtime through effective preventative maintenance and efficient breakdown response, whilst maintaining a safe and healthy environment and promoting good engineering practice. You will be working from 07:00 to 15:30, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities: - Swiftly address plant faults and defects to maintain operational order - Complete reactive tasks across the site and proactively identify root causes for improvement - Adhere to Engineering procedures, including LOTOTO and the Permit System - Perform routine PPM on M&E plant according to schedules and asset lists - Report critical equipment issues to Engineering management promptly - Maintain accurate records and comply with work instructions Requirements and Skills: - Electrical and mechanical engineering experience in a manufacturing environment - Completion of an advanced apprenticeship in engineering or relevant qualification - Knowledge of HSE processes and standards - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Experience with assembly and moulding equipment desired - Familiarity with IEE 17th or 18th Edition desired - PLC experience desired - Air and pneumatics training desired - Able to stand for long periods for repairs and PPM, capable of bending, crouching, sitting, or prone work as needed Benefits: - Flexible holiday buy/sell scheme - Recognition and reward scheme - Internal and external learning and development - Cycle to work & tech scheme - Employee assistant programme - On site café
